By hiring a vehicle from Panel One Automotive Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any associated rental agreements and annexes.

1. Eligibility

• Drivers must hold a valid driver licence.
• Minimum age requirements apply.
• Accident replacement vehicles are provided only to not-at-fault drivers.
• Eligibility is subject to verification by Panel One Automotive Services.

2. Rental Agreement & Annexes

• All hires are governed by the rental agreement and any attached annexes.
• Customers must read and accept these documents prior to receiving the vehicle.

3. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used lawfully and safely.
• Only authorised drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
• Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road, towing (unless approved), or illegal activities.
• Smoking in vehicles is prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Rental and insurance hire costs are outlined in the rental agreement.
• For not-at-fault drivers, costs are generally recovered from the at-fault driver’s insurer.
• General vehicle hire customers must pay all fees as per the agreement.
• Panel One Automotive Services reserves the right to charge for late returns, damages, fines, tolls, or additional services.

5. Vehicle Delivery & Collection

• Vehicles will be delivered and collected at the agreed locations and times.
• Customers must ensure the vehicle is available for collection and accessible.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Vehicles are supplied with standard insurance coverage.
• Customers are responsible for any insurance excess, damage not covered, or misuse of the vehicle.
• Panel One Automotive Services is not liable for theft, loss, or damage arising from misuse or unauthorised use.

7. Traffic Fines, Tolls & Penalties

• Drivers are responsible for all traffic fines, tolls, and penalties incurred during the hire period.
• Panel One Automotive Services may invoice the customer for any unpaid fines, tolls, or penalties.

8. Accidents & Damage Reporting

• Any accident, damage, or incident must be reported immediately to Panel One Automotive Services and the insurer (if applicable).
• Customers must provide all requested documentation and cooperate with investigations.

9. Vehicle Return

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as supplied, clean and undamaged.
• Late returns may incur additional fees.
• For total loss claims, vehicles may be returned after the insurance settlement is completed.

10. Breakdowns & Mechanical Issues

• In case of mechanical failure or breakdown, contact Panel One Automotive Services immediately.
• Customers must not attempt unauthorised repairs.
• Panel One Automotive Services will provide a replacement vehicle if required.

11. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
• Customers must return vehicles with a full tank or incur refuelling charges.

12. General Conditions

• Panel One Automotive Services reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a hire agreement at any time.
• All disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time; the latest version applies to all hires.
